A transaction is any individual line item that flows through your booksβ€”bank deposits, withdrawals, credit card charges, invoices, etc. If you have 50 bank transactions and 30 credit card transactions in a month, that's 80 total transactions.

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. If you downgrade, the new rate takes effect at your next billing date.

If you regularly exceed your limit, we'll recommend upgrading to the next plan. For occasional overages, we charge a small per-transaction fee rather than automatically upgrading you. We'll always communicate with you before any additional charges.

No, there are no setup fees for any of our plans. If you need catch-up bookkeeping to clean up past months or years, that's quoted separately based on the scope of work required.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and ACH bank transfers. Enterprise clients can also pay by invoice with Net 30 terms.
